About Me

I’m working in one small company (travel industry) within IT Department. Working as Systems/Network Administrator responsible for level 1, 2 and 3 Support with 1.5 years experience on Level 1/2 support. Currently supporting Windows XP, 2000/2003, Avaya Phone Admin, Backup and Exchange 2003 on Dell Hardware. Good general experience. Doing the blog and research to try to learn as much as I can and gain more experience and exposure to issues I might not see in my day to day work.
